Trinity Communities is a turn-key real estate asset and property management company specializing in multifamily apartment communities. Trinity Communities is an affiliate of Trinity Capital Group, a real estate investment company that acquires residential apartment communities with a goal of long-term ownership with an operational emphasis on resident satisfaction and retention.
Each property managed by Trinity Communities is fully staffed with on-site maintenance and leasing personnel. All accounting, administrative, and construction management functions are performed from Trinity’s headquarters in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
Construction oversight is managed by our knowledgeable in-house staff. Renovation efforts are typically performed by third-party contractors with expertise in everything ranging from cosmetic upgrades to full rehabilitation. At times Trinity uses its roaming maintenance crew to perform unit upgrades and common area repairs, resulting in significant cost savings to the communities it services.
Each property under management is staffed with the necessary on-site team of multilingual leasing agents and maintenance technicians. In addition, Trinity maintains a staff of roaming maintenance technicians who are fully trained in all aspects of plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning. These roaming maintenance techs are committed to long term stays at newly acquired properties or assisting at existing properties that are short staffed or undergoing a capital improvements campaign.
Trinity employs a fully-integrated financial accounting and property management software system and also has partnered with a local asset management company to provide real-time investor reporting. To ensure that we meet the needs of each property, Trinity Communities conducts quarterly financial audits and regular site evaluations of staff and company operations. In addition, we conduct routine property performance evaluations as well as annual unit inspections and resident file reviews.
