Acquisition Guidelines
Trinity's investment strategy focuses on acquiring garden-style and mid-rise apartment communities based upon the following criteria –
- Properties in excess of 100 units in the PA-NJ-DE Tri-state area, and
- Properties in excess of 25 units in close proximity to our larger assets.
- Portfolios in excess of 250 units in the northeastern United States
Trinity is especially interested in acquiring value-added opportunities where there is a specific need for any combination of the following –
- Cosmetic enhancements up through full property renovations
- Larger than market vacancies
- Personnel issues
While most of our transactions are cash, we may consider the assumption of existing financing. We encourage you to send us your proposal as a principal or broker. All information will be kept confidential and we will underwrite any transaction within 48 hours. Brokers always protected. |
